IOSH Working Safely Courses & Training
IOSH Working Safely is an internationally recognised course that covers the fundamental information for health and safety in the workplace. It provides delegates with the knowledge and awareness to help reduce the number of accidents and injuries in their organisation or business.
This training course is made up of the following 5 modules:
- Introducing working safely course
- Defining hazards and risks in the workplace
- Hazard identification
- Improving health and safety performance
There is a minimum number of 8 delegates per course, and public open courses are held on a regular basis where individuals can attend over a 1 day period. The course can be held at your place of work or local venues, with the option of having day or night shift patterns, or weekend sessions to suit business arrangements.
Delegates who successfully complete a working safely course can then apply for a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) green Labourer card, once they’ve passed the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Operatives Test. They will also be awarded an IOSH Working Safely certificate to demonstrate full compliance and help win new contracts.
