How does our business certification service work? After an initial gap analysis – where an HSEQ Smart auditor will attend your site and identify any gaps in your current management system – we help you gain certification in two stages:

  • Stage 1: Assessment – Commonly known as the stage 1 audit, this is the initial external audit in the certification process. The main purpose of the Stage 1 audit is to prepare for the more comprehensive Stage 2 certification audit, stage 1 will include a review of documentation including required policies, procedures and record forms, the auditor will also get an understanding of the scope of the management system and assess if you are ready for stage 2 assessment. We can attend this audit to ensure it runs smoothly and to address any issues that may arise.
  • Stage 2: – Certification – Commonly known as Stage 2 audit, this assesses the full implementation and effectiveness of the management system to see if you are compliant and if the management system is recommended for ISO certification. We can attend this audit to ensure it runs smoothly and to address any issues that may arise.

We ha...ve worked with Brian from January 2019 and we completed the first phase audit in August 19.
